Reclamation Brewing

Scheduled for Apr 23, 2013 at 7:00 PM at Robinson in Special Events & Tasting

The guys at Reclamation are just a few sips away from opening their Butler based brewery and brewpub! Stop into Bocktown Robinson and find out what will be pouring at their brewpub and on the Bocktown taps in the very near future.

Promised Land Ale – Chilled, this is a light, refreshing ale with a slight citrus flavor. Given the time to warm, this brew really opens up and comes to life, revealing a warming, malty, sweet flavor with a milk and honey finish. At 8.4%, the Promised Land is calling you home.

Care Me Home 2XIPA – Heavy hop presence, grapefruit, orange and tropical fruit aroma and flavor. Slightly darker than a typical IPA with some caramel sweetness. Weighing in at a full 10%, this isn’t a brew to be taken lightly. If you don’t enjoy it in moderation, you’ll need a friend or two to help you home! Winner of the People’s Choice Award at the Mt. Lebanon Brewfest 2013

Redemption Ale – Having a thick, white head sitting atop a pale straw colored body, Redemption is a treat for your senses! The aroma carries floral, slightly spicy hop notes covered with sweet banana. Flavor is the strong suit here while low alcohol notes are masked by the spicy noble hops and banana essences which open up into a sweet, malty flavor. High carbonation not only aids in creating a lighter mouth feel, but also adds to the complex flavor profile.

Bourbon Barrel Wheat (Yet unnamed) – The delicate flavor profile and light mouthfeel help accent this beer. Wheat dominates the flavor profile, followed by toasted oak and slight vanilla accents on the finish. At 5.5% this is a smooth drinking session beer, perfect for the long days of summer.
