Farm To Fork Beer Dinner

Celebrate Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week with a one of a kind dining experience with us. We are pleased to present a Farm to Fork Dinner Pairing Event! Tickets here: PURCHASE via Eventbrite.

The night’s events include:

5 locally sourced courses developed by Chef Michael Tollis and Beer Librarian Tera Bevilacqua. We are also doing our best to have all five of the PCBW collaboration brews on tap (available for sale) at the time of this dinner.

All of tonight’s food presented will be created using Pennsylvania farm products, sourced from local and regional farms and purveyors. Each of the 5+ courses will be expertly paired with amazing craft beers sourced from our region’s best and freshest beverages to highlight the flavors of the season.

Menu courses subject to change based on availability of ingredients:

Opening remarks by Chris Dilla, founder Bocktown Beer and Grill, accompanied by unpaired refreshments: signature pickled deviled eggs, Showman farms cheeses, strawberry rhubarb compote, local artisan breads and sampling choice of from any of our 16 taps.

  • Laurel Highlands Blackened Trout ~ Full Pint/Lavery Alphabet Stew IPA (collaboration brew)
  • Prestogeorge Short Rib ~ East End Coffee Porter
  • Anderson’s Candy studded Housemade Ice Cream ~ Helltown Mischievous Brown on its own and as an salted caramel aletail
