Fields of Grace Grass Fed Beef Board:

Carpaccio, olive oil, peppercorn melange, and kosher salt paired with Fat Heads Goudenhoppy

Marrow, citrus gremolata and crostini paired with Bell’s Oberon

Meatball, Marsala pan sauce paired with Terrapin Treehugger



Conneautee Creamery Board:

Cheese Curds, seasoned and fried paired with Uinta Bristol Brown

Local green and black olives and rosemary roasted almonds paired with Victory Swing Saison

Smoked Gouda and red pepper jelly, olive oil, salt & pepper crostini paired with Stone Smoked Porter
