Hot Kielbasa Dogs
Locally smoked kielbasa from Ricci’s dipped in jalapeno cornbread batter with house made chipotle ketchup and hot honey mustard

Pigs-Burgh Poutine
Fresh cut, double dunked fries tossed with white cheddar cheese curds, fresh herbs, brown gravy, and peppered bacon

Parma Melon Salad
Local Parma prosciutto, cantaloupe, honeydew, arugula, red onion, and parmesan tossed in balsamic honey vinaigrette
