We love to celebrate every summer with our local partners and friends. This is a time when the harvest really starts to come in from all directions and we have the most local produce, meats, cheeses and craft beer to choose from. We host extra events during the week as well as feature our partners proudly on our feature sheets. We will have a completely regional tap takeover as well!

Chef Michael will be working with as many local ingredients as he can find to highlight what we do all year long! Expect creations made from the fine, fresh quality products of: Ricci’s Sausage, Conover Organic Farm, Fields of Grace Farm, Parma Sausage Company, Fellowship Foods, Conneauttee Creamery, Cellone’s Bakery, Miller Farm, Signature Desserts, Laurel Hill Trout  Farm, and more!


Who’s Eating Gilbert’s Grape Leaves
Homemade grape leaves filled with lamb from Weaver’s Farm, herbs, rice, and lemon with toasted pita

Vampire Chicken
Ohioville’s own Shepler’s Farm roasted chicken legs tossed in hot honey garlic sauce over a bleu afinee wedge and pickled celery

Whistle Stop Salad
Hand breaded green tomatoes from Fellowship Foods, feta, basil, and apples with honey balsamic dressing

Arancini a la Ricci
Panko crusted risotto balls stuffed with Ricci’s hot sausage, fresh buffalo mozzarella, and basil over our robust marinara


Going Bock To Cauli Steak
Teriyaki grilled cauliflower steak from Miller’s Farm in New Wilmington, green beans, and garlic smashed redskins

Carnivore Loaf
Bacon wrapped meatloaf full of Fields of Grace grass fed beef, Weaver’s Farm ground lamb, and Shepler’s Farm ground pork finished with our tangy Untouchable sauce over garlic smashed redskins and green beans

Food Truck Tacos
Chimichurri marinated Fields of Grace sirloin, corn salsa, jack cheese, sour cream, and pickled onions in warm firecracker shells with fresh cut fries

Ernie’s Tailgate Platter
Beer braised, Ricci’s hot and sweet sausage with tri color peppers and onions over garlic smashed redskins and green beans

Local Yokel Trout
Pan seared Laurel Trout, grapes, almonds, raisins, ciabatta croutons, and pickled onions over arugula tossed in citrus vinaigrette

We’re the Miller’s Penne
House made local lamb meatballs from Weaver’s Farm, wild mushrooms from Miller’s Farm and shallot cream sauce, penne, shredded gouda
and a touch of sour cream.

Pork Banh Mi
Slow roasted Shepler’s pork, Miller’s Farms vegetables featuring pickled daikon, jalapeños, carrots, cilantro mayonnaise and cucumbers on grilled ciabatta

Peach Pit Burger 
Fields of Grace grass fed beef, peach mango chutney, peppered bacon, Middlefield Cheese Co marble pepper jack, and arugula, on a toasted onion bun
