Carey Me Home
Style: Double IPA
Alc By Vol: 10% IBU: 125
Description: Aggressively hopped, incredibly balanced. The citrus forward American hops are well balanced by the malty, caramel backbone which results in a nicely crafted big beer that drinks like a session.

Promised Land Ale*
Style: Specialty Ale Brewed with Honey
Alc By Vol: 8.5% IBU: 22
Description: The sweetness of the malt, honey and lactose mask how big this beer really is. The modest hop additions ensure the bitterness doesn’t get in the way of the other flavors, yet, leave behind a nice floral aroma.

Wittenburg
Style: American Wit
Alc By Vol: 6.5% IBU: 17
Description: This American take on a Belgian classic uses citrus forward American hops, sweet orange peel and coriander in addition to Belgian yeast to give a dry, peppery finish and is then aged on Madagascar Vanilla Beans.

” We’re striving to educate people about beer and its history. We want to help elevate the beer culture above the idea that beer drinking is only at home in some seedy subculture. Along with many fellow craft brewers, we’re striving to see people informed about the delight and deliciousness of carefully crafted beers. We want to expose their palates (physical and intellectual) to a more tasteful beer experience.” – John, Ben and Ben (Dennis)
