As Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week ’16 comes to end, we can make every last moment count! Let’s start the finale a little early. Chef Michael has some creative early morning grubbery to start your weekend off the way it should be done.  Wash it all down with our exclusively local tap list — featured all week long.

Ernie’s 6 A.M. Fries
Our little belly fries with sausage gravy, cheddar jack, local fried egg, and chives

Fellowship Foods Omelet
Local three egg omelet with roasted tomatoes, spinach, wild mushrooms, and goat cheese with Italian toast

Notorious P.I.G. Sammy
Slow roasted maple pork belly, arugula, roasted tomatoes, and rosemary aioli on toasted ciabatta

Dahntahn’ Monaca Hash
Shredded pork, red and green peppers, onions and shredded potatoes with cheddar jack, local fried egg, BBQ sauce, and garlic toast

Crabby Arnold
Two local poached eggs, claw crabmeat, hollandaise sauce, spinach, and tomatoes on toasted ciabatta

Anderson’s Candies French Toast
Our take on the classic French toast with pretzel crusted Cellone’s bread, strawberry cream cheese, and Anderson’s milk chocolate with your choice of meat.

Breakfast Club Tacos
Ricci’s sweet sausage, roasted peppers and onions, scrambled eggs, pepper jack, sour cream and chives in crispy Firecracker shells with fresh cut fries

Plunder The Lox Bagel
Toasted everything bagel with smoked lox, warm brie, avocado, and onion jam
