5th Annual Beerdependence Day Celebration! Featuring Pete Bush and the Hoi Polloi and Jimbo and the Soupbones

Scheduled for Jul 3, 2011 at 7:00 PM at Robinson in Music & Special Events

It is that glorious time of year again, when we raise our glasses in celebration of our quest and insatiable appetite for tasty craft beer! For 4 years, Bocktown’s founder and Beertriarch, Chris Dilla, has led us in the reading and signing of  the Declaration of Beerdependence, which is our pledge to stay true to our palletes and hearts whilst drinking  one of life’s finest pleasures, BEER!

Father Spoon, from Should I Drink That.com, signs his allegence to crafty brew! Read the Declaration of Beer Dependence

To give this very special day the respect it deserves, we like to tip this party out right! Starting at 8 pm, let the music begin with Pete Bush and the Hoi Polloi followed by Jimbo and the Soupbones!  RAIN OR SHINE, THE PARTY GOES ON!

While the music plays on, the Penn Brew Crew will be celebrating a very special event with us, Penn Brewery’s 25th Anniversary! From 8-11 pm, sample a Pittsburgh favorite and score some great Penn gear and shwag!

Our Beerdependence Day Celebration is always a great time! Remember to plan for a designated driver, as the festivities do require lots of cheersing! A great option, is the Pear Cares. You drive your car, and they come and drive your car home! It’s that easy and 1/2 the price of a cab! Be sure to make your reservation with The Pear soon!
